At GRYX Athletics, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Eligibility
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items
Items marked as final sale, gift cards, and worn or damaged products are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges
We currently replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
